: Description: Design and Decoration of Venetian Half Mask. All essential materials included. Blank Half Mask, Paints, Ribbons, Glue, Imported Italian Papers for Decoupage, Trim, Gold and Silver Leafing and Glitter. We teach five techniques: Decoupage, Metal Leafing, Antique Patinas, Filigree, and Crackle Finish Please bring any specialty items you may want to add to your mask such as jewels, feathers, fabric and lace. Carla will add her artistic touch to the finish of your mask.

Carla begins workshops with history of mask making in Venice, how the basic mask is constructed. You will be given painted paper half masks made of cartapesta. You will design your mask, and add papers and details. finish with trim, accessories such as feathers, patinas.
